If it fails, that is our problem to fix.

These frames are built by a company that supplies power electronics to Indian Railways and B.A.R.C. We expect them to outlast the wall they hang on.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in the panel, the driver electronics, the power supply and the frame assembly. If a frame arrives damaged, fails to light, flickers, or develops dead pixels in normal use, contact us and we will repair or replace it.

Because every frame is sold through Amazon, returns and refunds follow Amazon's policy for the listing. For a repair rather than a return, it is usually faster to come to us directly.

What is not covered

Physical damage, impact, or a cracked panel
Water ingress — these are indoor frames and are not sealed against moisture
Damage from a non-supplied power adapter or from mains surges
Normal, gradual dimming of the backlight across its rated life

Looking after it

Leave it on. The frame is rated for 24×7 operation and draws under four watts. Constant running is easier on the panel than frequent switching.
Clean it dry. A soft dry cloth, or one barely damped with water. No solvents, no spray cleaners, nothing abrasive.
Keep the adapter dry and ventilated. Do not run it under cloth or behind a garland.
Mind the lamp. The frame is cool to the touch, but an oil lamp or incense directly beneath it will deposit residue on the surface over time.
